Scratch Off Cards

Another way to raise money during registration is to offer an inexpensive product that parents and/or team members can purchase at the time of registration.  Inform them that all proceeds are going to the team or league and kindly ask them to donate. 

You can also hold a simple registration event in which parents and players participate in a luncheon, pool party, pizza party, or other event.  Charge an admittance fee, ask for donations, or hold a special raffle or other easy event that will bring in donations.

You can sell foam hands, pom poms, flags, or other items with the team colors, name, and/or mascot printed on them.  These are wonderful, easy sellers during or before basketball games that encourage team spirit.
